"You sure you're going to be okay?" Trever asked Kale. He wanted to reach up and brush some hair from his twin's face... but that would have been wrong. They were trying to be separate.

"I'll be fine, promise. I'm not going to leave the house. Tobias and I'll be fine. I promise," Kale said, looking a bit wistful. He wanted to go too. But... he couldn't. Too dangerous. The last thing they needed was for something to trigger off Kale turning into something like Nihilus.

Trever hesitated and then gave Kale a hug. Hugs were safe. Kale hugged him back. "I'll miss you."

"Me too."

"Right, okay. I'll try and keep you updated as often as possible."

"Good. Now go on. Shoo."

Trever stuck his tongue out, but left to find Axis. It felt weird going to find their father body or alive. He didn't know which would be worse.

"I don't think there's anything you could do to him that would hurt him more than he has been already, ma'am," John says.

Axis nods. "Whatever you could tell us about his past associations and the time before he disappeared would be extremely helpful."

She's silent for a moment. "He was never very happy with the way the Council was going, especially in regards to what became the Clone war. He left a few years before, actually. He had a vision or something... about the death of the Jedi... I don't know why he didn't tell anyone. He wouldn't talk about it."

"Before he disappeared ... I don't know. He was trying to get in contact with the rebel alliance and seeing about finding other Jedi. But the day he disappeared, he went into the town for supplies. One our tractors needed new parts."

"Town would be a decent place to start," John murmurs thoughtfully. "Someone would have to have seen him there, where he went on to... or if somebody took him."

"It seems like there's always a problem with the Council. As for not talking about his vision... That kind of thing isn't something that any Jedi would talk about." Axis hadn't felt it himself, but he'd heard stories. Bad ones.

"Naldin go get the address of the parts dealer," Talia said. The older son got up and vanished for a moment, before coming back with a datapad.

"It has the guy's address and some of the other places Dad usually went when he went in town."

Axis takes the datapad, looking through it. "This is good. This is very good. Someone has to have to some clue as to where he went to after getting to town."

John nudges him and he looks back up. "Mrs. Delvar, could I ask you to keep an eye on my ship while Jast and I go into town? It would be faster and less conspicuous if we rode swoops in than if we parked a ship."
"Could we also take Trever with us?" John adds softly.

She looks at Trever thoughtfully. "Yes. All right. Just bring him back alive." She says, not at all saying about him being hurt. She figures that they'll make sure he's not hurt. "And yes, I'll keep an eye on your ship. It's a very beautiful ship." She has an Ooh shiny look in her eyes.

John nods. "We will."

Axis grins. "She's a survivor if ever there was one. Got my son out of many a tough spot. Got him into a few, too, but most ships do that to their owners."

"I had a ship once... got me into enough trouble. Then I got married and had kids who also get me into tough spots."

Both boys look elsewhere.

He chuckles. "Children can do that a lot. Especially the Force sensitive ones." He would know. "But at least the ship won't talk back and you can fix it if it's not running how you would like it to."

"I don't know what I would do with three Force sensitive children. Kalntrev were difficult enough."

Naldin grins and ruffles Trever's hair. "See? I was the good one." Trever swats at him.

Rolling her eyes at her children, Talia turns her attention back to Axis, "I have a pair of swoop bikes if you need them. You should probably get going, there's a curfew in the city."

"One is enough to cause problems, if you ask me. I applaude you for lasting through those two." He chuckles at the brothers' antics. "We'll be happy for the help; we only have one on the Hawk and my son was very specific about what it was to be used for and who was to ride it."

"Trever, go show them the bikes, I'm going to grab a few things you might need." She stands up and makes a shooing motion.

Trever grins a bit, and leads John and Axis to the garage. There are, as promised, two swoop bikes. They're in good condition if a bit old. One of them appears to have been decorated and Trever gives that one a fond pat.

"Yours?" Axis asks with a grin, sweeping his hand over the other one. "These will be good. Jast, go get the one out of the Ebon Hawk. Be gentle with it."

John nods and heads out toward the ship.

"Yeah... Kale had one, but he crashed it." He gets on the bike checking the systems to make sure it all works.

Talia comes out to the garage with a bag over her shoulder. She hands it to Axis. "There's some stun grenades in there, as well as an ion pistol and three holdouts. I made some modifications to the holdouts so you'll get twelve shots, but after that they're fried," She says ticking them off on her fingers, "Oh and two vibroblades. That should give you an edge if you run into trouble."

She goes over to Trever and gives him a hug, "Behave and take care of yourself."

Axis slings the bag over his shoulder as John comes back, walking up a sleek swoop painted in black and deep red. He takes the helmet off of the handbars. "We'll just hope it doesn't come to using the holdouts." He stradles the rumbling bike and puts the helmet on, locking it into place and giving it a whack with the heel of his hand.

"Thank you for your help, ma'am," John says.

"C'mon, we're burning daylight."

Talia grabs Axis' arm for a moment, saying softly in Mando'a "Bring Trever back alive, no matter what the cost." She then steps back and fusses over Trever's helmet for a moment.

Trever swats her off, before taking the bike out of the garage to head to the city.

The only acknowledgement from Axis is a slight nod, only noticable from the glance of the light off of his T-visor. He follows after Trever.

John guns the last swoop after the other two, letting out a short war-whoop. This is his first time to fly one of these without Axis in control and he likes it.

Trever is enjoying himself too. It's been a while since he took his out. There's not much to play with on the flat grasslands and they do have to get to the city, so he settles for going fast.

Fast is good. And in the spirit of the moment, John might start nudging his swoop next to Trever's. Race you there?

Flashing a grin at John, he guns the swoop's engine and darts ahead. Yes. Race you there!

John guns the swoop to catch up with Trever. Axis, for his part, seems to speed up just to keep up with them (though one can't be entirely sure with the helmet on).

Trever risks a glance backwards, before trying to keep himself ahead of the other two.

For a (more or less) first-time rider, John is staying right on Trever's heels, with Axis bringing up the rear.

Trever keeps up the ground eating pace until they get in sight of the city where he rapidly slows down to a proper speed. Don't need to catch any attention from any guards that might be around.

Axis slows in turn, jumping to John's body long enough to tell him to slow down before going back to Alex's body. Alerting the guards would be bad.
