At least he's not trying to take over the planet or something." He strides in closer to offer his hand for a shake. "Allow me to introduce myself. I am Axis of clan Mereel, and that," he motions to John, "is my compatriate Jast."
John inclines his head politely. "Ma'am." Obviously he has no compunctions about fibbing in this little matter.
"Even if your son's rather..." he tries to think of a word, "well, rambunctious... he is telling the truth. Kale is perfectly safe."
